Janitorial Services
10100 Santa Monica provides nightly janitorial service to tenants in the building. Between the hours of 6:00am and 5:00pm, day porters are available to clean common areas and restock restrooms, and perform light janitorial duties upon request. Should you require service, please contact the Property Management Office or Michael Galicia, our Janitorial Manager.
The janitorial team will not disrupt papers, notes, files or computer equipment while performing nightly cleaning and dusting. Please be aware of this policy. If a desk is cluttered, it may not receive janitorial service.
Specialized services can be provided at an additional cost upon request.
