10100 Santa Monica provides nightly janitorial service to tenants in the building. Between the hours of 6:00am and 5:00pm, day porters are available to clean common areas and restock restrooms, and perform light janitorial duties upon request. Should you require service, please contact the Property Management Office or Michael Galicia, our Janitorial Manager.

Please be advised the janitorial team will not disrupt papers, notes, files or computer equipment while servicing private offices. If a desk is cluttered, it may not receive janitorial service.

Specialized services are available at an additional cost upon request.
