10100 Santa Monica offers over 1,700 parking spaces across a four-level subterranean garage and a separate five-level parking structure called the Annex. Tenants with monthly parking contracts have 24/7 access to one of these garages. To request a new keycard, please complete the Parking Agreement and submit to Marko Di'Marin, our Parking Manager
VALET
Complimentary valet service is located on Level A of the tower garage and is available Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm. Valet attendants can be contacted at 310.407.4100.
EV CHARGING STATIONS
10100 Santa Monica offers 18 charging station in the tower garage and the Annex, available on a first-come, first-served basis. A nominal hourly fee applies.
CAR WASH
Mario’s Car Wash provides professional auto detailing services and a convenient car wash location at 10100 Santa Monica. Mario’s Car Wash is located in the tower garage on Level B, and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm. Gift certificates are available to purchase.
