SECURITY

Security personnel are on duty twenty-four (24) hours per day. In the event of an emergency, contact the Security Console at 310.407.4165 or the Property Management Office at 310.552.0705.

TENANT 24-HOUR ACCESS

10100 Santa Monica provides tenants with secured twenty-four (24) hour access to the building. A card access system and security cameras monitor incoming and outgoing activity in and around the building. An authorized access card is required for elevator access.

VISITORS

All visitors are required to check in with the building security team in the Lobby and must be approved in advance by each tenant firm. To register visitor information please email ten100@auservices.com or call 310.407.4165.
